Minor Work Services
Every year hospitals and institutions in the Ministry of Health are allocated a budget to upgrade
the clinical, administrative and engineering facilities. This budget is channelled under the
Belanjawan Pembangunan 6, Belanjawan Pembangunan 3 and Dasar Baru.
The process of executing the Minor Works are
1) Project Identification
2) Implementation of Project
In implementing the project, five (5) main activities are taking place i.e.
a) Preparation of Specifications
b) Technical Evaluation
c) Site Supervision
d) Testing & Commissioning
e) Verification of Work Completion
All the information pertaining to minor works project are compiled in the status report
and submitted to MOH on a quarterly and half-yearly basis for monitoring purposes.
